Shipping policy

ArkXFragrance currently ships eligible orders within the United States using ground transportation suitable for fragrance products. Standard ground shipping is $5.99. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping after discounts and before taxes.

Order preparation: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be hand-decanted, labeled, leak-checked, and packed before carrier pickup. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches or unusually high order volume, preparation may take slightly longer; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery: Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after carrier pickup and are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when the order ships. Fragrance orders cannot be sent by expedited air service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact arkxfragrance@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking marks a package delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first, then contact ArkXFragrance with the order number. For packages that arrive damaged, leaking, missing an item, or containing an incorrect item, follow the timing and evidence requirements in the Return and Refund Policy.

ArkXFragrance does not currently offer international shipping, expedited air shipping, or customer-arranged shipping for fragrance orders.
